The ATSA has direct access to more than 550 district-based expert trainers in 14 provinces. In addition the program has trained more than 1500 expert farmer trainers and has supported the establishment of more than 500 farmer clubs and groups which provide local farmers with an effective forum for addressing a wide range of farming and civil society issues. Many more trainers and groups have been established through the NIPM-NGO partners which provide further linkage potential.
